Where is my package?
When your package has been sent, we will send you an email. Please check your spam-filter for this email.
Its also possible for you to see your package status. Go to the "Order history", which you can find to the left under "Account".
If you paid for tracking, you should have an email sent from us when the package was sent. If not, please email us and we will send you your tracking number.
If you did not pay for tracking, it will not be possible for us to trace your package.
You choose between tracking and no tracking in the checkout!
How do I pay?
You will have different options when you have decided what you want. Only pre-payment, all payment must be received with the orders.
- Iban bank transfer
- Online card transactions.
- Well hidden cash in registred mail (100% on your own risk).
Not accepted payments:
- American postal or money orders (takes 4-5 weeks to clear and cost us $50).
- C.O.D orders (cash-on-delivery-orders).

By normal our packages DO NOT have tracking, but you can buy traceable shipping. If you want it to be collected in a checkpoint, choose Postnord Collect, or Postnord Home if you wish to get the package to the door. If you do not choose a traceable shipping option we can not help you find your package, so contacting support will be in vain.
We ship with airmail world wide as soon as we get the payment for your ordered items. Some customers claim they get their items faster from us then if they ordered the same items from a company in their own country. You will find more information on the shipping time in the checkout.
Prices Prices includes 25% Swedish VAT-tax (6% on books) for all EU citizens.
If a product is broken or damaged you will be replaced for it.
If you want to change a product you can do so, just return the product to us, you pay the costs of shipping. Please note that this does not apply to used products such as CDs, vinyls et cetera.
